TJ Farms Gourmet ProductsWe have been producing high-quality gourmet jams, vinegars, dressings and pickles at TJ Farms for nearly 40 years. Our product line has been extended into pickled okra, green tomatoes, asparagus and habanero peppers.
TJ Farms commercial kitchen is licensed by the state of California and cannery license.

Jams and Fruit
Kiwi Hot Pepper Jam– Sweet with a little kick- great over a block of cream cheese served with crackers.
Kiwi Strawberry Jam– Sweet- wonderful with a warm bagel.
Kiwi Lemon Jam– Sweet and citrusy- If you like lemon this is wonderful.
Kiwi Hot Habanero Jam- HOT JAM– For those that like sweet and SPICY.
Dried Kiwi fruit-Tart and chewy-our dried fruits have NO added ingredients. Great to add to a trail mix.
Condiments
Kiwi Mustard- Sweet dijon style– this mustard is smooth and sweet. There is honey in the recipe, it is a wonderful product to garnish your fresh vegetables like: Asparagus and artichokes. Is a great spread on grilled chicken and pork.
Kiwi Poppyseed Dressing-Sweet and tangy-I highly recommend our dressing on a fresh spinach salad and fruit salads. This sweet and tangy dressing is a fantastic marinade for chicken, pork, and fish.
Kiwi Vinegar-Light and fresh-Our vinegars include fresh herbs in the bottle. Is a wonderful vinaigrette and excellent with salads and fish.
Pickles
Dave’s Dazzling Dill Pickles-Spicy crunchy Dills-Every jar includes a spicy pepper, Dill and garlic. If you like pickles this is the Cadillac of them all. Spear and roll up with prosciutto ham and cream cheese. Excellent on hamburgers and just by themselves. Warning!!!! They are addicting.
Pickled Okra-Spicy crunchy-Our pickled okra is a touch of the south in a jar.
Pickled Green Tomatoes-Spicy and firm- Fresh picked green tomatoes at the correct size. They make a great accompaniment to all types of salads.
Pickled Asparagus-Spicy and crunchy- Fresh picked and processed asparagus goes into every jar. Dice up and add to a pasta salad, green salad, or just by themselves. Wonderful in Bloody Mary cocktails.
Pickled Habaneros-HOT and SPICY-These are dangerous. Out of popular demand we created Pickle bombs. These are all of the spicy pickled hotness you can handle in a jar.
Preserving the Best
All of our products are first-hand selected for size and freshness, then placed in cold crocks to keep crisp for curing. Once cured, the pickles are hand-packed into jars with tons of fresh garlic, dill, fresh spicy peppers, bay leaf and mustard seed. There’s a spicy, crunchy kick in every bite of these delicious dills!!
Our produce is year round with seasonal vegetables. Produce will be featured on our website and Facebook. We encourage all our customers to share their culinary experiences with our products.
