TJ Farms Estates is only three miles west of the heart of downtown Chico. This 15 acre family owned and operated farm is surrounded by idyllic green orchards on a country lane. The two acres of lush lawn and landscape surrounds the charming 1937 country farmhouse.
You and your guests will find ivy-covered trellises, a pristine gazebo surrounded by flowers and gently sloping lawns perfect for mingling. Large trees and year round flowers are warm and inviting to all that come and visit.
