Fall at the Farm
Pumpkin PatchEach year, TJ Farms opens to the public for seasonal festivals- the most popular being the fall Pumpkin Patch.
Families have made TJ Farms a family tradition for selecting the perfect pumpkin. This all started with Dave and Mary Moss and now continues with Brandon Walker.
Every year we strive to bring something new and fun to the fall events that’s always fun for the whole family. School and other groups are welcome; please call ahead to schedule.

Our Patch is One of a Kind
After planting in late June the patch is rarely entered until harvest. Guests on opening day bring in pumpkins that have never been seen by even us, the farmers. You can use a pair of clippers and one of our buckboard wagons to go into the patch. We leave the pumpkins on the vine so people can see how they grow.
The varieties that are grown are selected the previous year. Varieties like: Krona’s, Warty Goblins, Bus Stop, Polar Bear, Blue Dolls, Cinderella, Porcelain Princes, Howdens, naked bears, are just some of what has been grown over the years.
We also grow winter vegetables, indian corn, gourds, and so much more.
Plenty To Do
Our charming country store is decorated for the fall and filled with our jams, dressings, dill pickles, and other goodies.
Visitors can stroll the lovely grounds, take the kids for a wagon ride, have them sit on an old tractor, pet the farm animals, crack corn, see a 1800 blacksmith shop, play on the hay bales in the kids play area, see historical farm tools working and more.
-Please Note-
For the safety of your pets and our customers, we ask that all pets and animals stay at home and do not visit the farm.
